Nadal is back to training on hard court to attack Montreal
Rafael Nadal is back there. The third-ranked player in the world is already working out on the fast floor at his gym in order to get ready for the upcoming stretch of the season after having to withdraw from the Wimbledon semi-finals due to an abdominal muscle tear.
The only tournament that Rafa has scheduled before the US Open, the final Grand Slam of the season, is the Masters 1000 in Montreal, Canada. During a training session geared toward that event, Rafa appeared to be without any significant limits. All signs point to him being at full strength for this crucial tournament, where he can gauge his form on hard courts before traveling to New York.
