Nick Kyrgios has declared that he won’t be taking part in the Laver Cup this year. For the first time, Kyrgios, 27, will be absent from the Laver Cup. Kyrgios was one of the players in the first Laver Cup in 2017, which served as the competition’s official debut.

After participating in the Laver Cup for the last four years, Kyrgios has made the decision to forego this year’s competition in order to spend more time with his family and fiancée in Australia after the US Open. The epidemic prevented the Laver Cup from being played in 2020.
