John Millman explains why he believes Novak Djokovic ought to attend the US Open.

According to John Millman, not many Americans “follow any COVID-19 suggestions or guidelines,” thus he finds it difficult to see why Novak Djokovic should not be allowed to compete at the US Open.

At the Atlanta Open last week, Millman began his summer season on hard courts. There, Millman won his opening match against Alexei Popyrin before falling to Brandon Nakashima. Inactive at the moment due to a COVID-19 positive test, Millman.

Djokovic will probably miss the US Open because of the country’s vaccine regulation, which states that a foreigner who has not received the required vaccinations cannot enter the country. The US Open begins in 25 days. “Covid and I are out. When I was recently in the United States, I didn’t feel that many people there were adhering to any advice or rules.

That’s good, but I fail to understand why @DjokerNole can’t come play “Tweeted Millman

Djokovic should be let to compete in the US Open, according to Millman

“Just to be clear I have no problem with their imposing a vax entrance policy as long as everyone in the nation complies with the rules.

However, the competition permits non-vax citizens to participate, and only 30% have received a vaccination, so from what I could tell, hardly anyone was “”Ooster,” added Millman in a subsequent tweet.

Some fans didn’t like Millman’s tweets, and the Australian tennis player addressed them in his final message.

According to Millman’s most recent tweet, “Twitter is full of individuals having all kinds of opinions on many subjects, but when an athlete expresses an opinion on something that has nothing to do with their sport, they are urged to “keep to your sport.”

Djokovic thanked everyone last week for their support throughout the previous weeks. Djokovic also disclosed that he is preparing for the US Open as though he will be able to participate.
