Duarte Vale back to winning ways at Padua ITF

Duarte Vale, who is ranked 520 in the ATP rankings, got back to winning after two more difficult weeks when he won against a local player to earn a spot in the round of 16 of the ITF M25 of Padua in Italy.

The 23-year-old Cascais native overcame the area’s number 833 ATP player Andrea Basso in the first round in a one-sided match in just 1:20.

The winner of the match between the first-seeded and 821st-ranked Italian Fausto Tabacco and the Spanish Eduardo Esteve Lobato will face Vale in the second round.

Hello, I'm Antonio Zaccaro, tennis lover since I was 13. I started this blog out of pure passion, and now it has become my job. I constantly follow all the tournaments and I am always updated on all the news. What I know, I share with all my readers. My considerations are the result of hours and hours spent in front of screens and on tennis courts.
