Jannik Sinner is praised by Lindsey Vonn: “Many advantages!”
Jannik Sinner is establishing himself as one of the top tennis players in the world in 2023 as a consequence of multiple illustrious finishes at the inaugural ATPTour events. The Italian tennis player is attempting to rapidly move past the disappointment of the poor loss to Holger Rune in Monte-Carlo, who was able to triumph in the final.
The defeat was a further missed chance to win the inaugural Master 1000 championship, but it did not negate the wonderful work the blue had been doing lately. The American ski icon Lindsey Vonn supported the Italian and just posted her to social media, publishing her most recent Tweet: Many advantages!
Having done so in Indian Wells, Miami, and Monte Carlo while still a teenager in the Open Era. Given her prior involvement in skiing, Sinner, who has always had high regard for the American skier, sent her a magnificent complement.
Third in the Race is Sinner
To get to the Nitto ATP Finals at the PalaAlpitour in Turin, the promising 21-year-old passed the Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz in the most recent week, moving up to third place in the Race classification.
Sinner continued to shift gears on hard courts by winning the ATP 250 trophy in Montpellier and the ATP 500 championship in Rotterdam following the quarterfinals in Adelaide and the round of 16 at the Australian Open. Other noteworthy performances on the American circuit included pushing himself all the way to the quarterfinals at Indian Wells and stopping only in the Miami Open’s championship match against Daniil Medvedev.
On clay, Sinner‘s performance hasn’t diminished at all; in fact, he made it all the way to the semifinals of the Master 1000 tournament in Monte-Carlo. Now that he has been seeded fourth in the main draw, the Italian player must secure his spot in Barcelona.
He might meet the Argentine Diego Schwartzman in the second round; the two have previously met at the Principality of Monaco. Among the most anticipated tennis players in 2023 will be Sinner, who will also play in Madrid, Rome, and, of course, Roland Garros. The Italian still has a chance to achieve his aims and win a fantastic title.
